Help us identify these logos

Josh Santangelo, creator of our mega-popular photo booth, is using flickr to try and locate the source of the letters in our crazy Ransom Note. I've added the ones I know about, including the DaVita Dialysis Center's lovely "i"... but if you recognize any of these letters, please let us know.

I'm from Cali & have no idea where the letters came from but that's one artistic kidnapper.
I'm curious...did they ever catch the guy?
